Signs and symptoms: Non-specific with dull flank pain, gastrointestinal symptoms like epigastric distress and palpable abdominal mass. Anemia if there is hemorrhage into cyst

Epithelial cyst – this is true glandular or retention cyst

Endothelial cyst – lymphangiomatous or angiomatous cysts lined by endothelial cysts

Parasitic cyst – Echinococcal cysts

Pseudocyst – unilocular lined by dense fibrous tissue
