Dermoid cyst of ovary

It is a unilocular cyst measuring 7x7x3cm.

Cyst wall is thin, grey white and opaque.

Cyst is filled with sebaceous and keratin material which is grey white in colour, admixed with masses of hair.

In one area of cyst wall, a solid prominence is seen (Rokitansky’s protuberance).
