Nephrectomy specimen measuring 10x8x2cm

Cut section showing a tumor in the upper pole measuring 6x6cm.

Tumor is grey white to yellow in colour with areas of haemorrhages, necrosis and cystic spaces (variegated appearance)

Tumor is extending into renal pelvis also.
