Adenosis of prostate

Prostate adenosis: Closely packed rounded glands arranged in lobular pattern. Glands are lined by cells having clear cytoplasm (H&E,X50)

Prostate adenosis: Closely packed glands. Most of them are round. some of them show papillary infoldings. Can be confused with low grade adenocarcinoma of prostate (H&E,X50)
