Osteosarcoma
- It is a specimen of cut section of tibia. Upper end of tibia shows a tan white growth in the epiphysis and metaphysis.
- The tumor is showing erosion into the medullary cavity, cortex, periosteum and into the adjacent joint. Diaphysis and lower end are free from tumor
