It is a cut section of kidney showing tumor in the upper pole of size 7x7cm.

The tumour is circumscribed spherical and has nodular appearance

Cut section is fleshy, homogenous, grey white.

The tumor in compressing the adjacent renal parenchyma.

Ureter is identified measuring 4cm arising from the renal pelvis.
