  • Lesions of primary tuberculosis
    • Ghon’s focus
      • Subpleural fibrocaseous lesion of lung parenchyma
      • most common site is – lower part of upper lobe
    • Ghon’s complex – Ghon’s focus and lymphnode involvement
    • Ranke’s complex – Ghon’s focus with fibrosis and calcification
    • Simon focus – Tuberculous nodule in lung apex
  • Lesions of secondary tuberculosis
    • Puhl’s lesion – lesion in the lung apex and supraclavicular
    • Assman focus – Infraclavicular lesion of pulmonary tuberculosis
  • Miliary Primary Tuberculous lesions
    • Rich focus – Tuberculous granuloma in brain cortex
    • Weigerts focus – Subintimal foci in pulmonary vein
    • Simonds focus – Localized foci in liver
  • Tabes mesenterica – Abdominal tuberculosis
  • Koenig’s syndrome – Intestinal tuberculosis (Abdominal cocoon/doughy abdomen)
