Clear cell carcinoma ovary: Tumor cells which are cuboidal to polygonal arranged in tubulocystic pattern with eosinophilic material in the lumen of the tubules (H&E,X 100)

Clear cell carcinoma ovary: polygonal tumor cells arranged in nests and lobules separated by fibrous septa. Few foci shows cysts lined by tumor cells having moderate to abundant clear to eosinophilic granular cytoplasm (H&E,X200)

Clear cell carcinoma ovary: solid variant with sheets of polygonal tumor cells arranged in lobules separated by fibrous septa. Tumor cells have clear to eosinophilic cytoplasm. Nuclei is vesicular with some of them showing nucleoli (H&E,X200)
