Basaloid squamous cell carcinoma: Tumor cells arranged in solid sheets and lobules with peripheral palisading. Cells are basophilic small crowded with minimal cytoplasm and hyperchromatic nuclei. Spindling of tumor cells is seen. (H&E,X50)
